How we can help
Are you feeling lost or stuck? Perhaps you are struggling with relationships or family, you are burned out and tired at work, or not sure how to make sense of a loss or change in circumstances. Maybe you are feeling anxious or low, can’t sleep, or have gone through something traumatic.
At Open Door Psychology we know what it feels like to struggle with these things. We have doctoral-level qualifications in counselling psychology and a great deal of experience working with people at all stages of life. We are also human: like everyone, we have gone through our own ups and downs, and believe in making therapy friendly and accessible to everyone.
We often hear people say they don’t understand why they feel the way they do, or that they just can’t see a way through. That’s where we can help. We offer face-to-face psychological counselling and therapy in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
